Quite possibly the best boneless mixed grill I've had in westbrom and the service and cocktails were second to none. All reasonable priced and fast service highly recommend to all
Recently hired out the function room here. Would definitely recommend. The function room is a decent size, the staff were great and the food was amazing.
I'll start by saying the food was amazing one of the bar staff was very polite ( new girl ). The other girl well she was polite to your face but while I was outside having a smoke she came out on her phone and all she could do was be disrespectful about the new girl she was moaning that she was having to do everything on her own and how busy it was. Which to be honest wasn't busy at all. I just found this totally unprofessional and that's when I went back inside and asked for tubs to take my food away. Everyone is new somewhere at some point and needs a bit of guidance and help but this girl was huffing and puffing when she was asked for help not a nice environment to be trying to enjoy an evening with my partner.
I go to Cagney's every week, and it has become one of my favourite places to grab a bite to eat. The service is great and the super friendly staff make you feel right at home. The food is always delicious and looks great, with a variety of options. My personal favourite is the stone oven pizza. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and is a great spot for any occasion. Whether I'm there for a chill night out or a special celebration, Cagney's always delivers. In short, Cagney's has amazing service, tasty food, and a fantastic staff that makes every visit special. Definitely check it out if you're looking for some great food.
Quite some years since I was last here before my revisit this most recent weekend. Truly a refreshing lift to the Cagney's bar with new, up and running management team, without losing it's old touches. (I believe it has a family-run like appeal, or a great team!) With a huge interior and exterior, you're never lost for seating, with many booths, tables, spacious toilet entrance room and 2 double doors on arrival, makes it more accessible I believe. This place is super ideal for hosting a party. They play Football games on the TV in an open dome-walkway entrance into a room right next to the bar, great watch and atmosphere. Service is incredibly attentive and welcoming, and it's shows consistently throughout the service around the entire pub/restaurant. They offer quite the selection in food Cuisine, there is a bite for everyone, meat and plenty of veg options. From small bites to more filling dishes, prices are great averaging 10 and under for sides/main dishes etc. You can smell the attracting aroma of fresh, cooked, seasoned food cascading gently from the kitchen or when someone orders, and it looks the part too! It's a fantastic stop for family, friends, parties, all the works. Can't wait to stop by again! 19/03/2023: Came here again for my weekly football visit, mother day special of a free cocktail was enjoyed by the family members. Ordered Plain Chips, Chilli Chips and Peri Peri Wings, which came with a side salad and a fresh side of poppadoms with dips. All were incredible, fresh and flavourful. The wings were fantastic, and both chips are lovely and comforting. Enjoyed every bite and I still can't wait to enjoy even more of what they have to offer. Always a great time and friendly service, consistent and recommend. Thank you.
Great pub/ grill. The decor was modern, clean and beautiful. The food was tasty and plentiful with a reasonable price tag. I went to watch a football game and their big screens were great and they happily turned the sound up for us to immerse into the game like a sports bar. Very chilled, relaxed setting, well return.
I was reccomended this lovely pub by a close friend and it did not disappoint. We arrived without a booking and could see it was super busy. The wonderful bar staff members were quick to greet us and worked to get us seated on a table asap. Whilst we waited we had some drinks at the bar which was nice. Food and service was spot on albeit a slight wait but that was a given based on how busy it was. We had Poppadoms, Chilli chips, Lamb sheesh, Chilli Chicken, Chilli Lamb, Punjabi Chicken Curry and Garlic Naans all of which were excellent. My only negative feedback is the Chilli Lamb was far too salty for our liking to the point we left the dish aside. Also one thing that stood out to me was the really nice atmosphere here, everyone was super friendly and having a chilled time. A special thanks to Lakhy Paji for being so kind and helpful when we enquired about the function rooms and sparing time to show us around.
